Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By registering for any class, course, event, or training service offered by Gideon Training Solutions, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class for any reason, your registration will automatically be transferred to the next available class date at no additional cost. No action is required on your part — we will contact you with the next scheduled date. This applies to no-shows, last-minute conflicts, and all other scheduling changes initiated by the student.

If Gideon Training Solutions must cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, instructor unavailability, or any other reason, all registered students will be automatically placed into the next scheduled class date at no additional cost. We will make every effort to notify you at least 24 hours in advance.

Private instruction and custom group training sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you are unable to attend, your session deposit and full payment will be applied toward a rescheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
