Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Fair and Transparent Refunds

This policy is provided for general informational purposes and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before final publication.

1. Overview

Gideon Training Solutions is committed to providing exceptional training services. We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule a class. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for class registrations and training services. By registering for a class, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Cancellation by Student

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled class start time are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled class start time are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future class session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time are not eligible for a refund but may receive a credit toward a future class at our discretion. No-shows without prior notification are not eligible for a refund or credit. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hj@gideontrainingsolutions.com or by calling 817-683-3282.

3. Cancellation by Gideon Training Solutions

If Gideon Training Solutions must cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, instructor unavailability, or any other reason, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will make every effort to notify you of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance via the contact information you provided during registration.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.

5. Online Course Refunds

Online courses and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted and course materials have been made available, except as required by applicable law. If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your purchased online course, please contact us for technical support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues or provide a refund if technical issues cannot be resolved.

6. Private and Group Training

Private instruction and custom group training sessions require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the session. Cancellations for private or group training must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies, medical situations, or military deployment. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
