Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Weather Policy

This policy is provided for general informational purposes and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before final publication.

1. Student-Initiated Cancellations

If you need to cancel your class registration, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund minus applicable processing fees. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before class will receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are not eligible for a refund but may receive a future class credit at our discretion. No-shows without notification forfeit the full registration fee.

2. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your class at no additional charge if the request is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the class may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 25% of the registration cost. All rescheduling is subject to class availability and instructor scheduling. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.

3. Gideon-Initiated Cancellations

Gideon Training Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, severe weather, range closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, you will be offered: a full refund of your registration fee; or the option to reschedule to the next available session at no additional cost. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 24 hours advance notice of any cancellation.

4. Weather and Emergency Cancellations

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies that make it unsafe to conduct training, Gideon Training Solutions will cancel or postpone affected classes. Weather-related cancellations will be communicated via phone, email, and/or text message using the contact information you provided during registration. Students affected by weather cancellations will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We monitor weather conditions and range status closely and prioritize the safety of our students and instructors above all else.

5. Minimum Enrollment Requirements

Some classes require a minimum number of registered students to proceed. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment threshold, we may cancel or reschedule the session. Students enrolled in a class that is cancelled due to low enrollment will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

6. Private Instruction Cancellations

Private instruction sessions require a non-refundable deposit at booking. Cancellations for private sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows for private sessions will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Your instructor will work with you to find a suitable replacement time if you need to reschedule.
