Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you will be automatically placed into the next available class date at no additional charge.

If you cannot attend your scheduled class for any reason — including last-minute conflicts, illness, or no-shows — your registration will automatically be transferred to the next available class date at no additional cost. No action is required. We will contact you with the next scheduled date.

Gideon Training Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, severe weather, range closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. All registered students will be automatically placed into the next scheduled class date at no additional cost. We will provide at least 24 hours advance notice whenever possible.

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, affected classes will be cancelled or postponed. All students will be automatically placed into the next scheduled class date at no additional cost. We will communicate cancellations via phone, email, and/or text message.

Some classes require a minimum number of registered students to proceed. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, all students will be automatically placed into the next available session and notified at least 24 hours in advance.

Private instruction sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you cannot attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Your payment will be applied toward the rescheduled session.
