By accessing and using the Gideon Training Solutions website and enrolling in any of our training programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, students, and users of our website and training services.

Gideon Training Solutions provides firearms training, tactical instruction, security officer certification, and related educational services in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Our services include but are not limited to: firearms safety and fundamentals training, Texas License to Carry (LTC) certification courses, home defense training, security officer Level II–IV certification, non-lethal defense training, and private instruction. All classes are subject to availability and scheduling on mutual agreement between instructor and student.

By registering for any firearms training program, you represent and warrant that: you are at least 18 years of age (minors require written consent and accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian); you are not legally prohibited from possessing, handling, or purchasing firearms or ammunition under any local, state, or federal law; you have not been convicted of a felony or any crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year; you are not subject to any restraining order, protective order, or similar court order; you are not a fugitive from justice; and you have not been adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a mental institution. Gideon Training Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who cannot verify eligibility or who poses a safety concern.

Registration for classes is completed through our website, by phone, or in person. Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of registration. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.

All content on the Gideon Training Solutions website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, and software, is the property of Gideon Training Solutions and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gideon Training Solutions and its instructors, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to: your use of or inability to use our website or services; any training program, instruction, or advice provided; any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; any conduct or content of any third party; or any other matter arising under these Terms of Service. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Firearms training inherently involves risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury or death from accidental discharge, hearing damage, lead exposure, and other hazards associated with firearms handling and range activities. By participating in our training programs, you voluntarily assume all such risks and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of those around you. You are required to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by our instructors at all times.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gideon Training Solutions, its instructors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: your use of our website or services; your violation of these Terms of Service; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; your participation in any training program; and any injury or damage caused by your actions or inaction during training or otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising under these terms.
