Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that firearms training activities, including but not limited to handling, loading, unloading, firing, and cleaning of firearms, as well as participation in tactical training scenarios, involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid them. These inherent risks include, but are not limited to: accidental discharge of firearms; hearing damage from exposure to loud gunfire; injury from recoil, ejected casings, or malfunctioning equipment; lead exposure from ammunition and range environments; slips, trips, and falls on the range or in training areas; and injury or death resulting from the negligent acts of myself or other participants. I understand and voluntarily accept these risks.

By signing this waiver and participating in any Gideon Training Solutions program, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms training, including the risk of serious injury, death, or property damage. I understand that no firearm is completely safe, and that even when handled properly, firearms can cause injury or death. I accept responsibility for my own actions and safety during all training activities and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Gideon Training Solutions instructors and range staff.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Gideon Training Solutions programs and use associated facilities, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Gideon Training Solutions, its owners, officers, directors, instructors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that I may have or acquire against them arising from or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any property belonging to me while participating in any Gideon Training Solutions activity or while on the premises of any affiliated range or training facility.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gideon Training Solutions and its owners, officers, directors, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way resulting from my participation in training activities, including but not limited to claims by third parties for injury or damage caused by my actions or negligence during training.

I authorize Gideon Training Solutions and its instructors and staff to obtain or provide emergency medical treatment for me in the event of injury or illness during training activities. I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with such medical treatment. I confirm that I have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in firearms training activities, or I have disclosed such conditions to Gideon Training Solutions prior to participation.

I confirm that I am not legally prohibited from possessing or handling firearms under any local, state, or federal law. I agree to comply with all firearms safety rules, range rules, and instructions provided by Gideon Training Solutions instructors and range staff at all times. I understand that failure to comply with safety rules may result in my immediate removal from the training session without refund. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Gideon Training Solutions Firearms Safety Policy and Range Safety Rules.

I understand that firearms laws and training requirements vary by state, county, and municipality. I acknowledge that Gideon Training Solutions does not provide legal advice, and I am responsible for understanding and complying with the firearms laws applicable in my jurisdiction. I understand that this Liability Waiver is a binding legal agreement. I have read this waiver in its entirety, understand its contents, and am signing it voluntarily of my own free will. I understand that by agreeing to this waiver, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue Gideon Training Solutions and its associated parties for injuries or damages that may occur during training activities. If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
